We are looking to employ an HR officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The HR officer is expected to be knowledgeable about recruitment, and employment legislation. He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy.
This role requires the individual to be structured, display good time-management skills, must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
This role reports to the Principal Consultant.
Requirements and qualifications
📌Bachelor’s degree
đź“ŚExperience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
đź“ŚProficiency in English – written and spoken
đź“ŚLives on the Island or Yaba
đź“ŚProtect the interest of all employees.
đź“ŚFull understanding of HR functions and best practices.
📌Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
Responsibilities
đź“ŚPreparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
đź“ŚOrientating new employees
đź“ŚMonitoring employee performance.
đź“ŚEnsuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
đź“ŚOverseeing the health and safety of all employees.
đź“ŚImplementing systematic staff development procedures.
đź“ŚProviding counselling on policies and procedures.
đź“ŚEnsuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
đź“ŚCommunicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
đź“ŚEnsuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

Remuneration
Monthly Salary + HMO
