Pandora Agency Limited and Templars and Associates have entered into a retainer agreement for the provision of general legal advisory services.
Templars, a firm of lawyers registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, will provide legal services such as drafting and reviewing standard form contracts, providing legal opinions, support for interactions with regulators, employment compliance, and more.
The partnership aims to provide comprehensive legal support to Pandora and its subsidiary operations in the country. This agreement commences on February 2023.
